Are its parts replaceable in case of damage?
Answer: For safety and waterproofing, this light isn’t designed for part replacement. We recommend replacing it after 1 year for best performance to avoid light decay.
Why doesn’t the remote control work?
Answer: The remote requires proper operation to function correctly. Please check:
1. Is it pointed directly at the light’s “signal receiver”?
2. Are there any obstructions blocking the signal?
3. Are the batteries properly inserted and fresh?
