Does the initial flash mean the product is faulty?
No. The flash indicates that the unit is receiving power and is functioning normally. Once activated correctly, the light should remain on.
How do I turn the light on?
Please LONG press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds to turn the light on. A SHORT press will not activate the light.
